Instructions
Prepare the Apple Filling: In the large mixing bowl, gently combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned apple mixture to the 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it in an even layer.
Make the Gluten-Free Crumble Topping: In the same bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the cold, cubed butter. Using a pastry blender or your fingertips, cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 1
Assemble and Bake: Sprinkle the gluten-free crumble topping evenly over the apple filling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving this delightful gluten-free Thanksgiving dessert.
